No matter what they would have you believe, all agents are the same! Until now, that is.
Of course, there are some very professional agents and people working in the real estate industry, but, when it’s all said and done all agents are the same. By this we mean that all agents use the same websites to market listings, they use the same data to determine the likely selling price of your property; they use the same home open methods, and most use professional photography.
